Charlie VI - ADOPTED

BIO: Jun 1, 2019 - There can't be a better way to start the month of June than by announcing Charlie's adoption! This boy has had hard times for the last year but only good times are in Charlie's future now. He was hit by a car last summer and had his back leg amputated, was adopted and then came back to AGB due to changing family circumstances. Because of his accident, Charlie developed an extreme fear of vehicles and howled anytime he was in a car. He also barked and lunged at other dogs and some people making him a difficult case to adopt. Erin with Three Dimensional Dog was brought in for an evaluation, deemed him A-okay, and felt he just needing training and guidance. Miraculously at the same time his Angel Adopter came along. After some training sessions and trial runs, Charlie was officially an orphan no longer. Mom reports "Charlie is adjusting nicely and every day is making improvements!! He has made many friends within my apartment complex and everyone always comments on "how cute" he is. Charlie loves to sit in my lap for a fanny scratch or a belly rub every morning. He enjoys our walks around downtown. He also is riding in the car without barking! My little city dog!" Their love is mutual and it's heartwarming that this young woman took on a huge challenge and is conquering it. ********************************************* Hello, folks! I'm Charlie VI and I'm an AGB orphan. I'm four years old and weigh 38 pounds. I'm vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and heart worm negative. Spring is here and the weather in Alabama is wonderful. I'm cherishing a dream that this Spring I'll be outside sitting with my new parent(s) enjoying the sunshine with them. Right now, I waiting for my new family to make an appearance and I'm getting anxious. Although they treat me wonderful, I'm in boarding. I'm worried that folks might be bypassing me because I'm a tripod. That doesn't stop me one bit! I'm as mobile as the next pup and I deserve a happy home as well as my four legged friends. I'm very handsome, energetic, and smart. I'd love to go "home"! Id really love to find a pup parent or a couple (no kids, please) that would cherish me as an only pup and spend the time training me that others haven't had the time to do. Would you please contact AGB and ask about me, Charlie VI, or fill out an AGB application? I'd be ever so grateful. Senior rate could apply. Don't you think it's time for 'Good Time Charlie' to have a good time?
