Charlie VI

BIO: 'Good time Charlie's got the blues'. I haven't had a great deal of luck in my life yet. My name is Charlie and I'm a tripod that doesn't know it. I'm awful cute and smart. My situation has come about because of divorce and medical problems, and now I need to find a new home. I'm four years old and I weigh around 38 pounds. Before I got adopted, I got taken to a shelter with a broken leg; I can't remember how it happened but it sure did hurt. They fixed the break at a vet clinic but since I didn't have much else to do in my kennel, I wouldn't leave the wrap or the stitches alone. It got infected and that hurt too. So here's the really bad part; they had to remove my hind leg. But it doesn't slow me down at all! I can run like a speeding rocket; I'm always in motion. I'd like to get a new family that would concentrate on just me alone and help me with training, good manners, and patience. I still have some puppy habits that I need to grow out of with obedience training. I have lived with another dog and can learn to love them. I'm not fond of car rides. But I am house trained. I'm vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and heart worm negative. Don't you think it's time for 'Good Time Charlie' to have a good time?
