September 19, 2022 – Kass is now Sam, and he is loving his life in North Carolina with former AGB adopters. His mom says, “He is doing great and the most loved dog in the neighborhood! Yesterday he met a little shepherd who was nervous. He lay down on his belly so she could approach him. And this morning we met 3 girls with their mom walking to school. They asked to pet him and he was perfect, and then laid down on his side so they could all pet him. So sweet! This is the sweetest, funniest boy ever. Now if his brother Sebastian seems interested in a toy that Sam has in his mouth, he drops it and lays on it completely covering it up. Sebastian is confused and thinks it’s magically disappeared. Works every time!” Thank you Theresa for fostering and loving this sweet dog!

Hi! My name is Kass. I’m a 1 & 1/2 year old, 78 lb., cream colored beauty who was stray until a nice lady took me in. She couldn’t find my owner but thought it would be great to add a gorgeous guy like me to her pack. Unfortunately, her cat and I didn’t have a love connection, so she felt it was best if she let AGB find the best forever family for me. I’m what they call a “velcro” dog, which means I want to be at my person’s side. I love people and other dogs. I am very loving and soft hearted. I like to play, and I love toys. Like many Goldens, I usually want to have a toy in my mouth, or at least very close by. I like to swim and run around the back yard. I am not a fan of the crate! I am housetrained and easy going and know some commands like sit, stay, come and down. I really appreciate AGB taking me in and hope that soon, I’ll be forever home.
