Sugar

September 29, 2021 – Sugar came to AGB because she didn’t like being alone and sometimes misbehaved when the weather was stormy. The perfect match was waiting for Sugar, as this lovely couple needed a sweet dog to love after recently losing their senior. Sugar’s new mom told me that they have had many Goldens over the years and they have dealt with most every issue but that the joy they bring far exceeds the issues they may have. Her new dad says that Sugar loves to be right beside them having her ears rubbed or just being beside them. Enjoy your new home, Sugar! Thank you for Maggie for fostering.

Hello, friends Sugar here. I’m a 7 year old, 69 lb. lady who is just as sweet as my name implies. I’m a pretty agreeable girl who likes to go for car rides. I like cats, adults and young people too. I get along with other dogs as long as they are sweet like me. They need to have some manners though, because I don’t care for the wild, aggressive ones. I had some whip worms and a broken tooth when I came to AGB, but the doctors here have done a great job taking care of me and making me feel fine. I get very scared in bad weather, so I will need a family who can help me with my anxiety. Luckily, I don’t think I will have to wait very long for my forever family. AGB has someone who has been waiting for a wonderful girl just like me!
