Super Cooper/Cooper
February 18, 2021 – Cooper was surrendered to AGB because his family wanted him to be in a home where he would get more love and attention, and this sweet family from Georgia had loads of love to give after the heartbreaking loss of their Golden puppy. This match was certainly made in heaven. Cooper’s mom reports that he is the sweetest boy and that they all adore him. He goes on several walks each day, gets to help with school work, gets as many snuggles as he wants, and is starting to work with a trainer. Enjoy your new life Cooper and send us lots of pictures!
Original Adoption Post
My name, Super Cooper, sounds like that old Abba song ‘Super Trooper’. “Smiling, having fun (sup-p-per troop-p-per), Feeling like a number one”! I think I’ll soon be somebody’s number one boy. The AGB folks tell me I’ll be home right quick because everybody is gonna want me! They already have a family chosen. So I’m feeling lucky. My previous owner’s new job took up so much time there wasn’t any time for me. I weigh 52 pounds and I’m 14 months old. I’ve been to the vets and I got neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. I’m heart worm negative. I like other dogs, cats, and people; the vet says I have a great temperament I’m a very nice boy. I do like toys and consider them “all mine” but maybe I’ll learn to share them. Maybe…ha, ha. But, best of all, I’m house trained. Can’t wait to be somebody’s Valentine – “‘Cause somewhere in the crowd there’s you”!
