Kelce

Kelce’s adopters were looking for a pup that would get along with their beloved cat and also help fill the hole in their hearts after their rescue dog Coco died unexpectedly during surgery. When they saw a photo of Kelce their interest was immediate. Once she had passed a cat test it was a done deal. Kelce’s (now Kelsey) new dad said she was  “the PERFECT dog for us. She could honestly not be better. She is so lovable, loves attention, and is so quiet- not a single bark yet. Julie loves that she likes to cuddle on the couch with her. She is now a big part of our family.” He also said “I think she loves us as much as we love her. She has been an absolute joy for us. She is so well-behaved. She willingly goes into her kennel and sleeps there all night. She gets along very well with Tilly, our cat. She has not had an accident in the house and actually stands by the back door to let us know she needs to go outside. Our experience with Adopt A Golden Birmingham could not have been better. Her new mom says “We’re so grateful to AGB for connecting us with her. She is just what we were looking for and we couldn’t love her more!!!”
