Snowman

Snowman (now Sonny) came to Adopt A Golden Birmingham by way of a shelter in North Alabama. This sweet boy was only with us a few days before his new mom reached out and wanted to meet him.  As soon as she and the rest of the family spent some time with him, they knew he was the one.  

She says it best: “After losing our golden retriever almost three years ago, our hearts needed time to heal before we were ready to love again. When we finally decided it was time to welcome a new furry family member, we knew we had to find the perfect fit, and then came Sonny.

He’s the biggest teddy bear and the final piece to our family puzzle. From day one, he’s loved the kids and even his cat brother, Shadow. He’s happiest at the ballpark or curled up on the couch right beside us. Sonny has brought so much joy and love back into our home, and we couldn’t be happier with how perfectly he’s adjusted. Welcome home, sweet boy. You were worth the wait.
