Bart

Bart (now Remy) came in with his momma as strays.  Adopt A Golden Birmingham was able to get them both in, and cutie Bart went home pretty quickly.  His mom has also been adopted.  He has some little boys to grow up with and an active, loving family.  His mom writes:

“We want to extend our deepest gratitude for helping us welcome our new puppy, Remy, into our family. From our very first conversation to the day we brought him home, the AGB team was kind, supportive, and genuinely devoted to the well-being of every dog in their care.

After losing our beloved 11-year-old Golden, our hearts felt empty, but Remy has brought so much love, joy, and healing back into our lives. It’s been amazing to watch how quickly he settled in, full of energy, curiosity, and affection. He loves chasing our boys around the house (and they love chasing him just as much!).

Remy has also become a neighborhood favorite, affectionately nicknamed “the big teddy bear” and is greeted warmly by everyone we meet on our morning and evening walks.

We’re endlessly grateful for the chance to give Remy his forever home and for the happiness he’s brought to our family. Please know that the work AGB does makes a profound difference not only for the dogs they care for but also for the families who are fortunate enough to call them their own.”
