Ginger
Ginger (now Jade) arrived at Adopt A Golden Birmingham with another pup – they had found themselves homeless and eventually at a shelter. She spent some time with some wonderful fosters and went home after just a few weeks with us. Her new mom says:
“Jade’s adoption story feels like it was always meant to be. She came into our lives at just the right time. This sweet, slightly mischievous girl has the biggest personality and the softest eyes. From the very beginning, she made herself at home, whether that meant zooming around, begging for a bite of whatever anyone was eating, or curling up close like she’d always belonged here. Choosing her was easy, but loving her has been even easier. She didn’t just find a home the day we adopted her; she found her forever, and somehow, we did too. Life had not been kind to her prior to her adoption, yet that has never slowed her down nor soured her attitude towards life. She is as resilient as she is beautiful. We could not imagine a life without our golden girl.”
