Atlas

This gorgeous Golden boy was found on the side of the road by a Good Samaritan.  She took care of him for a couple of weeks, but she could not keep him. She recognized what a great boy he was and wanted him to find a good home.  Her wish came true when she brought him to us, and we were able to find him a loving home with a great mom and dad and KIDS!  He is off to his new happy beginning!

 His mom says, “When my husband and I got our first Golden shortly after getting married, I was a little skeptical. I had never had a big dog before, but he assured me they were the best! I was won over almost instantly, and we loved that Golden until we lost him to cancer several years ago. 

When we felt ready to add another dog to our family, we reached out to Adopt-a-Golden-Birmingham. It was a great experience! Communication was always clear and easy. I truly felt like they understood what we wanted in a dog and were eager to find the best fit for us and the dog. Atlas has been a wonderful addition to our family. My husband and I both agree that we didn’t realize how much we missed having a dog until we got him. Our 4 kids love snuggling, playing, and helping take care of him. We are so grateful to AGB for helping us find such a sweet boy! “
