Barbie

September 27, 2023 – Sweet Barbie (now Scout) has landed in a great home. Her new mom shared the following: “Scout has settled in!  After we had to say goodbye to our 14-year-old chocolate lab, Doc, our house was too quiet and I missed a walking buddy. So the hunt was on for a rescue. Scout matches all our wants—she is loving and calm with the right amount of playfulness for a retired couple. She loves her twice daily walks and especially loves to stop and see the grandkids. We are smitten!  Thanks to all your fosters and volunteers for doing what you do to give these beautiful dogs a second chance.”
