Billy

February 23, 2022 – Billy is now Bailey, and he is living a wonderful life with his new dad. As evidenced by his smile, his dad is equally happy. He and Bailey enjoy going to the park two to three times each day and spending time together. His dad said that when they experienced their first storm together, Bailey jumped onto his lap. When I told him that Bailey is lucky, he said, “we both are.” Thank you, Erin, for taking such good care of Bailey as his foster.

Howdy friends, Billy here! I’m 4 years old and 81 lbs. I’m healthy and a friendly fella who gets along with larger dogs and older kids. I do have a strong prey drive as many dogs do, so I tend to chase small animals (I take my job as squirrel patrolman very seriously!) and I used to chase livestock when I lived on a farm. But, that doesn’t make me a bad dog!! In fact, I am a sweet and gentle dog. My foster says I am SO good looking and absolutely a joy! I am crate and house trained. I also love to go for walks and watch TV and videos. Lucas the Spider videos on YouTube are my favorite. That guy cracks me up! I am the ideal boy for a family without small kids or small animals, who wants a fun fella to play with or cuddle up with to watch TV.
