Eeyore

This little guy arrived at AGB after a short stay at a shelter.  He won hearts right away with his sweet disposition.  He is now home in Louisiana with his mom and dad and a 4 legged brother.  

His dad says, “After my wife and I lost our golden last year we weren’t sure if we would be able to have another in our lives. After seeing and following Adopt a Golden on Facebook we started to consider it again, but when we saw the post about Bear (previously Eeyore) we immediately filled out an application! It was truly meant to be as his estimated birthday was the exact date of our golden that we had lost. We couldn’t be happier with the process that Beth provided us and want to thank Bear’s foster family for taking care of him in between! He has been a great puppy and immediately fit in with our family and dog Fenway. Thank you so much for everything you do as an organization!” We are so thankful for the shelters in Alabama that take these pups in and care for them when no one else will.  The partnership we have with them is so valuable to saving some wonderful pups.
