Couple sitting on couch with two dogs next to them

April 12, 2023 – Fiona has finally found her forever home and new friend! Her new Mom shared a few comments: Jack and I are so grateful for the opportunity to make Fiona a part of our family. She is so sweet and loving, and is fitting right in with her humans and canine brothers! She loves to spend time in the backyard, patrolling and protecting “her herd”. She is a great car rider, settling in the back seat and enjoying the ride, whether we are going to the home depot or all the way to Montgomery when she commutes with me. We have been taking walks together in the neighborhood, and going to visit my mother. Everyone who sees her wants to visit and pet her, and she is most gracious when receiving attention! Thank you to all of the AGB team for all of your effort in rescuing and caring for this beautiful girl! Thanks to Kathy and all who fostered this sweet girl.

Original Adoption Post

Hello, hello everyone! I am fabulous Fiona, a gorgeous 2-year-old, 68 lb. Great Pyrenees girl. I was in a shelter and they asked AGB to take me in and help find my perfect forever home. I’m in pretty good health but had a nasty ear infection and needed to be spayed. The AGB Vet took care of everything for me, so I am just waiting to meet my forever people. I get along great with kids and laid back dogs. It takes me a little while to warm up to new fur friends, but I am such a sweetie when I do. One of the most amazing things I have gotten to do since coming to AGB is spend time at Camp Bow Wow. This is a great place for me to socialize and learn new things and the Camp Bow Wow folks are so nice! They support AGB a lot, so I wanted to make sure and give them a “bark out” for all their good work helping us pups who need just a little extra love and care to help us be the best we can be. If you are looking for a beautiful girl to make your family complete, submit an adoption application and be sure to tell AGB you want to meet me, fabulous Fiona.
