December 29, 2021 – Sweet and eager to please Frankie came to AGB from a loving family who experienced some tough times and could not give him the attention they knew he deserved. It was obvious that this sweet and beautiful boy wouldn’t be with us long. His new mom says, “We knew Frank belonged to us because of his name. He is named after his uncle and his grandfather so he is now a III in our family! He recovered from his surgery like a champ and is getting over an ear infection but he has really settled in. He is growing closer and closer to his new big sister everyday. He loves to sit right next to us and will let us rub his face all day long! We told him when we were taking him home he hit the jackpot with his new life and he is beginning to understand this! His stocking is already filled with gifts. Hi ya friends! I’m Frankie, a 3 year old, 65 lb Golden boy. My owners lost several family members recently and are dealing with a lot right now. They have been struggling to give me the time I need, so they reached out to AGB to find a family who can give me all the love and attention I deserve. I am a sweet and obedient dog, and I try very hard to please my people. I get along with other dogs, kids and even cats. I am playful and energetic. My favorite thing to do is fetch a ball. I mean seriously, I will play fetch all day long if you let me! I am house trained and know some tricks like “sit”, “come” and “down”. The AGB doctors are giving me a good check-up and taking care of some fleas and ear infections I had. They are also getting me neutered and vaccinated so I can be all ready when my forever family comes along. I sure hope they will come for me soon because I am ready to start my fantastic new life!
