November 9, 2022 – BIG sweet Gus came to AGB from a family who loved him dearly but knew he’d rather chill with adults than play with children. Gussie’s new mom says, “he is a beautiful soul who is impossible not to love. Brother Sherman and cat sister Hazel adore him and we feel he’s the boy who was meant for us. Gussie has lost around 15 lbs now! I’m excited to help him get to a healthy weight and he’s already made so much progress.” Please send us updates and pictures, sweet Gus!

Gustavo here friends, but you can call me Gus. I’m an 8 year old boy and I am just as sweet as I can be. I get along well with other pets and all people. A few years ago I had an elderly owner, but he gave me away to another family. They took care of me and loved me, but were really looking for a young, active dog to be a playmate. I prefer a leisurely lifestyle and hanging out inside with adults, just taking it easy. I am a big boy, weighing in at 120 lbs, so I could use a family who can help me lose some weight.
