Jemison

Jemison was found as a stray at a gas station and was rescued by some Good Samaritans. One of them took him home and cared for him until she could get him to a shelter. The shelter then contacted Adopt a Golden Birmingham, and we could not say no to this sweet boy. Once we found his perfect home, it was smooth sailing for him. He’s a big, fluffy lap dog with a new family that includes a sweet Golden Retriever. 

His new mom says, “Jemison has been the best addition to our family.  He’s a sweet love and a big lap dog!  He loves going on walks, riding in the car, and swimming but mostly he loves just being with us wherever we are!  He doesn’t leave our side and is the best-behaved boy!  Thank you to AGB for allowing us to adopt him.  The process was amazing and we are so very grateful!!”
