December 1, 2021 – Sweet senior girl Lakely was surrendered to AGB after she developed a fear of thunderstorms. After her health issues were addressed and she received TLC from her foster, she found the perfect family to spoil her rotten. Her new mom says, “Lakely is just what our little family needed and we are so incredibly lucky to have found her! She loves her lamb squeaky toy and going on walks, but her favorite thing to do is lay near her brother and snooze away in the sun. We are so excited for Lakely to be a part of our family and couldn’t thank AGB enough!” Enjoy your new life Lakely!

Good day friends! My name is Lakely and it’s a pleasure to meet you. I am a 9 year old Golden girl. I weigh 77 lbs. I am a sweet, loving girl, who is friendly to everyone I meet, including other dogs. I do not like thunderstorms, so I will need a family who will keep me indoors and help me feel calm and safe. I came to AGB needing a good bit of care and they are helping me a lot. I had hook worms and ear infections, and I am already feeling so much better because of the treatments I’ve been given. I also have multiple mammary masses and will need surgery to remove them, so that will happen soon. Right now, I am enjoying living with my foster family and playing with my Golden foster brother. They are giving me lots of love and care while I wait for my forever family to find me. Could that be you?
