Mama Bear

January 9, 2023 – Mama Bear – now named Wendy – came to AGB with infected ears and heart worms and in desperate need of TLC. After being nursed back to health by her wonderful foster, she was adopted. She is now happy in her new home with a family who is spoiling her rotten. She has someone home with her all the time, and she is loving her role as best buddy and constant companion. Thank you, Carrie, for fostering her and taking such good care of her.

Hello, Mama Bear here. I’m a super sweet 6 year old lady. I weigh 49 lbs. I ended up in a shelter with my two babies, which is how I got my name. The shelter found homes for my babies and luckily AGB agreed to take me in. You see, I’m heartworm positive and have some bad ear infections, so I need medical care to help get me healthy. AGB promises to take very good care of me. I am very social and love everyone I meet. I am ready to meet the people who will share their hearts and home with me and love me forever.
