McKennie

April 4, 2024 – Our long-timer has been adopted! McKennie boy had to have a special and patient adopter and they found each other at a meet and greet.

His new Dad shared the following: “I usually adopt the ‘underdog’ or the dog that needs love the most or the one that nobody wants.”  They met each other at Homewood Park with his wonderful foster. After they walked and talked about becoming friends, McKennie’s tail started to wag. His new dad knew it would take some time and some patience. But, his last words were ‘he’s my guy’ and we’re going to make it work!
