September 28, 2021 – 1,000th Adoption! Precious (thank you Megan W for the foster) has been adopted by one of our AGB adoption team volunteers and joins her brother, AGB alum Little Bear. She is being spoiled rotten, as she deserves to be! Enjoy your happy new life Precious girl! Since we had 2 dogs adopted simultaneously on the same day, they are sharing the honor of 1,000th adoption.

Hi ya folks! I’m Precious! That’s not just a description – although it is accurate – it’s actually my name. I am an 8 month old Golden girl and I weigh 33 lbs. I am friendly, sweet and have been called “hyper”. I’m not really sure what that means, but if it means I’m a playful, enthusiastic puppy, it is true. Like most youngsters, I need to learn my manners and to calm down a bit, but I am very smart with the desire to please. So with just a little time, love and training, I know I will learn what you expect of me. I love people and other doggies! I wasn’t feeling so good when I got to AGB. I had infections in both ears and an upper respiratory tract infection. I also need to be spayed, but luckily I am worm free! Soon, I will be ready to find my forever home. If you think you could be a good match for a young lady like me, just let AGB know that you think I am just “precious” 😉.
