Rosey

Rosey joined AGB after being transported from her home in Arkansas where she was used for breeding. She arrived with several medical issues which AGB got on right away. She had to go through heartworm treatment and she also came to us blind in one eye due to juvenile cataracts. AGB was able to get her to a vision specialist who performed cataract surgery and now Rosey has sight in both eyes! Her luck continued to get better when an adopter, who is also a veterinarian, saw her story on our website and reached out. She and her husband drove down from Decatur to meet Rosey and the rest is sweet history. She is now home, thriving in her environment with her dog siblings, and loved by all the vet staff where her mom works. Her mom said “We are so grateful for her beautiful spirit.  She is making us smile every day!”
