Shiloh

March 23, 2022 – Sweet Shiloh has been adopted and is now called Garbanzo. His new family has this to say about him: “When we moved to Birmingham together we decided to adopt and patiently waited for about 9 months until we found Shiloh/Garbanzo at Adopt a Golden. He is a perfect match for us! He loves his (multiple) daily walks around Highland Park and up the hill into English Village. “Banzo” is still learning that the birds and squirrels are friends and that he can’t climb trees. He goes on runs with us, always setting the pace. His favorite toys right now are 3 little hedgehogs in a log that he chases all around the house after he shakes them out of the log. Once Banzo gets tired from all of his activities, he is an A+ snuggle buddy. We couldn’t be happier to have added this energetic, goofy and sweet boy to our family.” Thanks to volunteer Suzanne for patiently and lovingly fostering this little pistol!

Hi! My name is Shiloh and I am a 3 year old boy who weighs about 35 lbs. My owner was recently widowed and is going through a lot right now, so AGB is helping me find my new forever home. I am a healthy and happy fella, who loves with my whole heart. I love to play ball and with toys, hike, jog, pretty much anything with people. I get along with kids and I love to snuggle on the couch. I would do best in a home without cats, but I like other dogs and even livestock, as I have spent time on a farm in the past. In fact, my best friend there was a mule! I am potty trained, doggie door trained, and I know some basic commands. I am smart and eager to please. I would love to find stay at home person or someone who can take me to work with them so we can spend tons of time together. If all this sounds good to you, I would love to meet you.
