Sweet Baby Ray

Sweet Baby Ray had been on his own for a while before he was finally caught by some Good Samaritans. He had a paw injury and was covered in ticks. Adopt a Golden Birmingham brought him in, our vet got him in tip-top shape, then he went to a foster home.  His foster mom took wonderful care of him and got him ready for his new forever home. He was only there for a few days before they decided they could not imagine a home without him. His mom said Christmas in July had definitely arrived for them.  He’s now called Ziggy and has become a most beloved member of their family.

His new mom says, “So whoever saved this sweet dog off the street and into AGB is a saint. He’s truly got a heart of gold. They must have been able to tell. He is sweet and gentle. He loves pets, affection, and snuggles. He’s a beautiful blend of curious, cautious, and brave. He’s adapting so quickly and is learning so fast! What an amazing dog!  He has lots of playful energy, gets the zoomies, and then hops up on the bed to get snuggles from my husband and I. We have found our dog, and he’s found us.  AGB is the best, and we’re so thankful for everyone who makes it happen.”
