Tessa

Tessa arrived at Adopt A Golden Birmingham after her family could no longer care for her.  She was not with us for long.  Her new mom and dad were previous adopters and had sadly lost their Sadie girl to cancer.  They were heartbroken and missed her so much.  While they knew another dog could never replace their darling girl, they knew they still had a lot of love to give another sweet rescue.  

Tessa’s new dad says, “We were truly moved by the loss of Sadie – another wonderful gift from Adopt a Golden Birmingham. She made us so happy during the short time we had her. I’m so glad we stayed in touch – when we learned of Tessa we felt she would be a great addition to our family – and she is!  She is as affectionate and fun loving as she is beautiful!  From the moment we picked her up from her foster parents, we knew we had made the right decision.
