October 6, 2021 – Beautiful 7 month old Tweed (now Winston) has gone to a former adopter and is well on his way to being just as spoiled by doggie day care and swimming lessons as his new AGB alum brother Copper. His new Mom sent us this note: “Winston found his place in our home and our hearts on his very first day. He and my Golden Retriever, Copper, (also an AGB alum) became best friends from the moment they met. They play chase in the backyard and hold good-natured wrestling matches in my living room. Despite being left at the scary shelter by his previous owners, Winston is loving and trusting and the best snuggler ever! He greets me in an explosion of joy when I walk in the front door, even if I have only gone to the end of the driveway to check the mail. He is sweet and hilarious, and in only a few short days he has brought so much love and laughter to our home. We are so lucky to be his forever family.”

Hi there! My name is Tweed. I’m a 7 month old boy and I weigh 48 pounds. I was in a shelter and all the noise and activity kind of made me nervous and shy. Once AGB came for me and I got away from all the hustle and bustle, I felt better. I had some tummy troubles which the doctors helped me with, but otherwise I am healthy. I am an affectionate fella and the people here say I am sweet boy. I just need a family love me forever and let me be their best friend. I am lucky though. AGB has found the perfect match for me and soon I will be home!
