Whiskey

Whiskey (now Weaver) came to Adopt a Golden Birmingham after a family member started suffering allergies. This cute little fella was not with us long before he found a family that could understand his needs and work with some of his high activity level. He has a four-legged sibling now and a mom and dad that love him unconditionally. 

His dad says, “Last Spring we grieved the loss of our Golden Doodle, Sunshine. As the holidays approached, Michelle decided she wanted a Golden for Christmas. Weaver joined our family on December 22.  This is the card he gave his new mom on Christmas Eve: 

‘Hello! My name is Weaver. 

I am a Golden Retriever. 

I heard of your lack

And while I can’t bring her back
